Please remember that all non-barcoded stamps which the Royal Mail issued as Commemorative or Christmas stamps from 1971 to present day remain 100% valid for postal use. That’s almost 50 years of stamps that can still be used.
Most of these stamps today reside in stamp collections or in dealers stocks which we buy and then sort into the discounted postage offered on this website.
It is only the old Machin and Regional stamps which are no longer valid for use. All old obsolete stamps can still be swapped for new barcoded stamps via the Royal Mail’s’ old stamp stamp ‘Swap-out’ scheme. So don’t throw them away. We also buy those old stamps and can swap them for you.
The cheapest way to send a first or second class letter is to combine the fixed value stamps above, perhaps just two or three stamp to make the postal rate you require.
For example the current second class rate being 87p could be made up of a 34p + 31p + 22p at an individual cost of just 60p per combination. Buy a 100 combinations and price drops to 48p each. This is by far the cheapest way to send a second class letter.

The new Royal Mail/PO price from 1st Oct 2025 is £3.40. This is now the rate for letters and post cards up to 100 grams. We are selling these stamps for just £2.70.
Remember you can still combine our fixed value stamps to make the £3.40 rate, to save even more.
